I have wireless sensors, do these work with Konnected?
No, unfortunately Konnected does not work with any wireless sensors. Konnected is designed for hard-wired alarm system sensors only.
Some of my sensors are wired, some are wireless. What can I do?
If at least some of your sensors are hard-wired, it may be worth it to convert your wired sensors using Konnected and replace the remaining old generation wireless sensors with SmartThings compatible Z-Wave or Zigbee wireless sensors.
